About the role
This role requires someone who is structured, communicative, and comfortable navigating multiple tools and teams simultaneously. You don’t need to be a developer, but you need to understand how development work is organized and be confident asking the right questions to keep things moving. You’ll work across Monday.com, Azure DevOps, Jira, and internal service desks, making sure every ticket is complete, every status is current, and no piece of work falls through the cracks.
Key responsibilities
- Review and validate incoming development tickets before prioritization.
- Ensure tickets contain complete and accurate business requirements.
- Create, update, and maintain tickets across multiple systems and platforms.
- Keep ticket statuses synchronized across all project management tools.
- rack the progress of ongoing development tasks and initiatives.
What we look for
- Experience in a coordination, project support, or operations role - ideally within a software delivery or IT environment
- Comfortable working across multiple project management and ticketing tools simultaneously (Monday.com, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar)
- Strong understanding of how development work is structured and prioritized, even without a technical background
- Proven ability to track and manage a high volume of tasks or tickets without losing detail
