About the role

As an Associate Tech Lead, you will play a key role in both development and team support. You will work closely with Tech Leads and Architects, contribute actively to the codebase, and help shape technical solutions across the full stack. You’ll also begin taking ownership beyond code mentoring team members, contributing to architecture discussions, and ensuring best practices are followed to deliver high-quality products.

Key responsibilities

Contribute to the design and development of full-stack applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js/Python
Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architects to implement scalable and efficient technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code
Support the design of microservices-based architectures using Docker and Kubernetes
Develop and maintain cloud-based applications across AWS, Azure, or GCP
Participate in code reviews and promote best practices across the team
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through guidance and collaboration
Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver features
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth and automated deployments
Support monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement of production systems
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

What we look for

7+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
Proficiency in React.js Next.js Node.js and Python
Experience designing and developing scalable web applications.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Proficiency in building and managing cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
